Terms of Service

By using inkdove.app (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. Ink Dove (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides the Service to users in the United States.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and at least 18 (or the age of majority in your state) to place an order.

• Prices are shown at checkout and include US postage. Applicable sales tax will be added where required.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. By placing an order you authorize us and Stripe to charge the payment method you provide.
• Orders are typically printed within 1–2 business days and arrive within 5–10 business days of checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on USPS.
• We may cancel or refund an order if we cannot fulfill it (for example, an undeliverable address or a printing issue).

You keep all rights to the photos, artwork, and text you upload (“Your Content”). By submitting Your Content, you grant us a limited license to store it, print it on the postcard you ordered, share it with our print partner (PostGrid) to fulfill the order, and use it as needed to operate the Service. We do not use Your Content for advertising or to train AI models.

You represent that you have the rights to submit Your Content and that it does not infringe anyone's rights.

You may not use the Service to send content that is unlawful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit involving minors, incites violence, or infringes intellectual property. We may refuse to print or mail any postcard that we reasonably believe violates these terms or applicable law, and refund the order.

If your postcard arrives damaged, is misprinted, or does not arrive within a reasonable window after the estimated delivery date, email hello@inkdove.app and we'll make it right — typically a reprint or refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that mail will always arrive within an estimated window.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ink Dove's total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the “Last updated” date and, when appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
