Privacy Policy

Ink Dove (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates inkdove.app, a US-based service that turns designs you create on your device into printed postcards and mails them via the US Postal Service. Questions? Email hello@inkdove.app.

• Account information: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the profile fields Google shares (name, avatar).
• Order content: the photos, images, artwork, and text you upload or type into a postcard design.
• Recipient details: the name and mailing address you provide for the person receiving the postcard.
• Payment information: card and billing details are collected and processed directly by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Usage data: standard log data (IP address, device, browser, pages viewed) used to keep the service running and secure.

• To create, print, and mail the postcards you order.
• To process payments, provide receipts, and prevent fraud.
• To send transactional emails about your order (confirmation, printed, delivered, payment issues).
• To operate, maintain, and improve the service, and to comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your uploaded photos, messages, or recipient information for advertising, and we do not use them to train artificial intelligence models.

• PostGrid — our print and mail partner. We share the recipient's name and address and the final postcard design solely so that PostGrid can print and mail your order.
• Stripe — our payment processor. Stripe collects and handles your payment information under its own privacy policy.
• Resend — our transactional email provider, which delivers order-related emails to your inbox.
• Supabase — our backend host, which stores your account data, order records, and uploaded content on our behalf.
• Legal and safety — we may disclose information if required by law, valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Ink Dove, our users, or others.

We keep order records (including the final rendered postcard) for as long as needed to fulfill the order, provide customer support, meet tax and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. You can request deletion of your account and associated content by emailing hello@inkdove.app.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe and to notify you if that ever changes.

Ink Dove is intended for users 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect, use, and share about you.
• Request a copy of your personal information.
• Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
• Correct inaccurate personal information.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell or share your personal information for these purposes.
• Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

To exercise these rights, email hello@inkdove.app. We will verify your request using the account email on file.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you.
